These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fortune Link (the “Game”), a sweepstakes-based social casino game operated by MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED (“MIRAGE GAMES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or playing Fortune Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the in-app Official Sweeps Rules. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Game.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, responsible for, or involved in the Fortune Link sweepstakes in any manner.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED.

By using the Game, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to follow these Terms and all applicable rules.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy.
• You agree to the in-app Official Sweeps Rules where applicable.

The Official Sweeps Rules form part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Official Sweeps Rules regarding sweepstakes participation, Sweeps Coins, eligibility, redemption, or prizes, the Official Sweeps Rules will control.

2. Eligibility

You may use Fortune Link only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are a legal resident of a U.S. state where the Game is available;
• Are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
• Are not located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law; and
• Comply with these Terms and the Official Sweeps Rules.

Fortune Link is not available in all U.S. states. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the Game from any location at any time if we determine that access may violate applicable law, platform rules, or our internal compliance requirements.

3. Sweepstakes-Based Social Casino Game

Fortune Link is a sweepstakes-based social casino game. It is designed for entertainment and promotional sweepstakes participation.

Fortune Link uses two types of virtual currency:

1. Gold Coins, which are used for entertainment play only; and
2. Sweeps Coins, which are promotional credits that may be used to participate in sweepstakes play and may be redeemable for cash prizes where permitted and subject to the Official Sweeps Rules.

Fortune Link does not offer real-money gambling. A purchase is not required to receive Sweeps Coins or participate in the sweepstakes.

MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED is the sole sponsor of the Fortune Link sweepstakes. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, responsible for, or involved in the sweepstakes in any manner.

4. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins

4.1 Gold Coins

Gold Coins are virtual entertainment credits used only within the Game.

Gold Coins:

• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value;
• Cannot be sold, transferred, gifted outside approved in-game features, exchanged, or withdrawn;
• May be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play;
• May also be awarded through daily bonuses, missions, events, or promotions; and
• Are licensed to you for personal entertainment use only.

Purchasing Gold Coins does not provide any ownership interest in Gold Coins or in the Game.

4.2 Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins are promotional credits used for sweepstakes participation.

Sweeps Coins:

• Cannot be purchased directly;
• May be received through promotional offers, daily bonuses, Gold Coin purchase bonuses, or the free Alternative Method of Entry;
• May be used to participate in sweepstakes play;
• May result in winnings that can be redeemed for cash prizes where permitted;
• Are subject to verification, eligibility, redemption requirements, and the Official Sweeps Rules; and
• Have no cash value except where Sweeps Coin winnings are eligible for redemption under the Official Sweeps Rules.

Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries and are not deposits, stored value, gambling chips, or money.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to receive Sweeps Coins or participate in the Fortune Link sweepstakes.

You may receive Sweeps Coins through free methods described in the Official Sweeps Rules, including daily bonuses, promotions, and the Alternative Method of Entry.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes outcomes are based on chance, not on the amount of Gold Coins purchased.

6. Alternative Method of Entry

To receive Sweeps Coins without making a purchase, you may use the Alternative Method of Entry described in the Official Sweeps Rules.

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Sweeps Rules, you must hand-print the required information on a card or piece of paper and mail it to the address specified in the Official Sweeps Rules.

Each Alternative Method of Entry request must comply with all instructions in the Official Sweeps Rules. Requests that are incomplete, automated, duplicated, illegible, inaccurate, or non-compliant may be rejected.

7. Gold Coin Purchases and Payment

Gold Coin purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the Game, including the Apple App Store or Google Play.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The app store’s payment terms apply;
• MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED does not process, receive, or store your payment card information;
• Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation and may change;
• Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by applicable app store refund policies;
• Gold Coins are delivered immediately after purchase confirmation; and
• You are responsible for purchases made through your account or device.

Refund requests should be directed first to the applicable app store.

Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request in bad faith may result in account review, suspension, or termination.

8. Sweeps Coin Redemption and Prize Payment

Sweeps Coin winnings may be redeemable for cash prizes only where permitted and only in accordance with the Official Sweeps Rules.

To redeem Sweeps Coin winnings, you must:

• Have an active account in good standing;
• Be at least 18 years old;
• Be a resident of an eligible U.S. state;
• Meet the minimum redemption threshold;
• Complete identity and eligibility verification;
• Provide accurate redemption information; and
• Comply with these Terms and the Official Sweeps Rules.

We may require identity verification before processing any redemption request. Verification may include government-issued identification, proof of address, tax information, and other documents reasonably required for compliance purposes.

We may refuse, delay, cancel, or void a redemption request if:

• Your identity cannot be verified;
• You are not eligible;
• Your account is suspected of fraud, abuse, or rule violations;
• You used multiple accounts;
• You violated these Terms or the Official Sweeps Rules;
• Required documents are missing or inaccurate; or
• Processing the redemption would violate applicable law.

Prize payments may be made by ACH, check, or another method specified in the Official Sweeps Rules. Processing times may vary.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to any prize you receive. We may issue tax forms where required by law.

9. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Game.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Maintain only one account;
• Not share, sell, transfer, rent, or assign your account;
• Not use another person’s account; and
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, receive extra Sweeps Coins, submit multiple entries, bypass restrictions, or obtain additional redemption opportunities is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us or by using any account deletion method available in the Game.

If your account is deleted:

• Your Gold Coin balance will be permanently forfeited;
• Your Sweeps Coin balance will be permanently forfeited;
• Pending or unsubmitted redemption requests may be cancelled;
• You may lose access to account history and Game progress; and
• Deletion may not be reversible.

You should redeem any eligible Sweeps Coin winnings before requesting account deletion.

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, regulatory, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

11. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on a device you own or control for your own private entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Remove proprietary notices;
• Create derivative works based on the Game;
• Use the Game for commercial purposes;
• Interfere with Game operations or security; or
• Use the Game in a way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED and its licensors.

12. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat or attempt to cheat;
• Use bots, scripts, macros, emulators, automation tools, mods, hacks, or unauthorized software;
• Exploit bugs, errors, or technical issues;
• Create or use multiple accounts;
• Submit false information;
• Misrepresent your eligibility;
• Use another person’s identity or payment method;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or harm others;
• Interfere with Game servers or security systems;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Game or user accounts;
• Scrape, mine, collect, or extract Game data;
• Use the Game for money laundering, fraud, or unlawful activity;
• Sell, trade, transfer, or exchange Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, accounts, or prizes outside authorized channels; or
• Violate applicable law, platform rules, these Terms, or the Official Sweeps Rules.

Any Sweeps Coins, Gold Coins, winnings, or prize rights obtained through prohibited conduct are void and may be forfeited.

13. Social Features and User Content

The Game may include social features such as friend lists, leaderboards, avatars, display names, messages, achievements, and gift features.

Content or information you make visible in the Game may be seen by other players.

If you submit, upload, or display content in the Game, you grant MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Game.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

We may remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, is offensive, or may expose us or users to harm or liability.

14. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its software, artwork, graphics, animations, characters, slot machines, names, logos, sounds, designs, features, text, and other content, is owned by MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Game may include advertising, analytics, platform services, payment systems, social features, and other third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party:

• Content;
• Products;
• Services;
• Advertisements;
• Payment processing;
• Platform rules;
• Privacy practices; or
• Terms and policies.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the Game, the sweepstakes, Sweeps Coins, Gold Coins, redemptions, or prizes.

16. Changes to the Game

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, including:

• Game features;
• Slot machines;
• Events;
• Promotions;
• Daily bonuses;
• Gold Coin pricing;
• Sweeps Coin promotional awards;
• Redemption rates;
• Redemption thresholds;
• AMOE award amounts; and
• Availability of the Game or sweepstakes.

If we discontinue the sweepstakes, we may provide a final redemption period as described in the Official Sweeps Rules, where legally required or commercially reasonable.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Game, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Game.

Changes to the arbitration provisions will not apply retroactively to disputes that were already known to us before the effective date of the changes.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account with or without notice if we believe that:

• You violated these Terms;
• You violated the Official Sweeps Rules;
• You are not eligible to participate;
• You created or used multiple accounts;
• You engaged in fraud, cheating, abuse, or suspicious activity;
• You provided false or incomplete information;
• Your account presents legal, security, or compliance risk;
• Required verification is not completed;
• You filed improper chargebacks or payment disputes; or
• Applicable law or platform rules require restriction.

If your account is suspended or closed for cause:

• Your Gold Coin balance may be forfeited;
• Your Sweeps Coin balance may be forfeited;
• Pending redemption requests may be cancelled;
• Prize claims may be voided; and
• You may be permanently banned from the Game.

Sections relating to virtual currency, redemption, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration, governing law, and general legal terms survive termination.

19. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
• ANY FEATURE, MACHINE, EVENT, PROMOTION, BONUS, OR SWEEPSTAKES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE;
• ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL OCCUR;
• YOU WILL WIN OR REDEEM ANY PRIZE; OR
• THE GAME WILL CONTINUE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PERIOD.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, GOLD COINS, SWEEPS COINS, ACCOUNT ACCESS, GAME PROGRESS, OR PRIZE OPPORTUNITIES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE GAME, THESE TERMS, THE OFFICIAL SWEEPS RULES, OR THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR GOLD COINS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
2. USD $100.

This liability cap does not apply to cash prizes validly won and properly redeemed under the Official Sweeps Rules.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Game;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your breach of the Official Sweeps Rules;
• Your fraud, cheating, or abuse;
• Your misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Your violation of law;
• Your violation of another person’s rights; or
• Your submitted content.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 Informal Resolution

Before beginning a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at:

Your email should describe the issue and the remedy you seek. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

22.2 Binding Individual Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Official Sweeps Rules, the Game, or the sweepstakes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration.

This means that you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED waive the right to bring such disputes in court before a judge or jury, except as described below.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English before a single arbitrator.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.

22.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

YOU MAY NOT BRING CLAIMS AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative or class proceeding.

22.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring:

• An individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies;
• A court action to stop intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access; or
• A report or complaint to a government agency, regulator, or attorney general.

22.5 Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Your email must include your name and the player ID or email address associated with your account.

If you opt out properly, Sections 22.2 and 22.3 will not apply to you. The rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where arbitration does not apply, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have jurisdiction, and you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED consent to that venue.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your state of residence.

24. Responsible Social Gameplay

Fortune Link is intended for entertainment.

You should:

• Play only for fun;
• Set personal limits on time and spending;
• Take regular breaks;
• Avoid chasing losses;
• Stop playing if it no longer feels enjoyable; and
• Remember that Gold Coin purchases are optional.

Purchasing Gold Coins is not required to receive Sweeps Coins. You may receive Sweeps Coins through free methods described in the Official Sweeps Rules.

25. Apple and Google Platform Terms

Apple

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED, not Apple Inc.

Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Game or to address any claim relating to the Game.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

Apple is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in the Fortune Link sweepstakes in any manner.

Google

If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED, not Google LLC.

Google is not responsible for the Game, the sweepstakes, Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, redemptions, or prizes.

Google is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in the Fortune Link sweepstakes in any manner.

26. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Official Sweeps Rules form the entire agreement between you and MIRAGE GAMES LIMITED regarding the Game and the sweepstakes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or by operation of law.

We may provide notices through the Game, by email, or by other reasonable means.
