1Who we are
Unitools Industrial Limited (“Unitools”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates Fortune Link (the “Game”), a social casino game played with virtual coins. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we give it to, and what you can do about it.
We are an online business, and email is how you reach us: blanchehunt194@gmail.com. We answer every privacy request sent to that address.
2Scope
This policy covers the Game and the support channel we run for it. It does not cover the app store you downloaded from, the payment system that store operates, or any third-party account you choose to connect. Those are governed by their own policies, and we do not control them.
3Adults only
Fortune Link is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is a game. It does not offer real money gambling and there is no opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, we do not direct the Game at children, and we do not target advertising at them. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and the information attached to it. If you believe a minor is using the Game, write to blanchehunt194@gmail.com and we will act promptly.
4What we collect
| Category | What that means here |
|---|---|
| Identifiers | An internal player ID we assign to your progress; a device identifier; an advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) where you permit it; your IP address; and your email address if you contact support or connect an account that shares it. |
| Account information | If you sign in using a third-party account, that provider sends us an account identifier and, depending on what you allow, a display name, profile picture and email address. |
| Commercial information | Records of the virtual coin packages you buy: what was bought, when, the amount, and a receipt used to validate the purchase. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address — the app store handles payment. |
| Gameplay information | Level, coin balance, spins, which machines you play, session length and frequency, VIP tier, missions and events completed, rewards claimed. |
| Device and technical information | Device model, operating system and version, language, region, time zone, network type, screen characteristics, crash reports and performance data. |
| Approximate location | A general country- or city-level estimate derived from your IP address. The Game does not request precise GPS location from your device. |
| Support correspondence | Whatever you write to us, and the address you write from. |
| Inferences | Conclusions we draw from the above, such as which machines you are likely to enjoy or which reward is likely to bring you back. |
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, or any other category that US state law treats as sensitive.
5Where it comes from
- From you, when you play, buy coins, connect an account or contact support.
- From your device, automatically, while the Game runs.
- From third parties: app stores, which confirm whether a purchase is valid; advertising and attribution partners, which tell us which advert brought you to the Game; and social platforms, if you connect an account — including your friends list where you grant that permission, so the Game can show which friends already play.
6How we use it
- To run the Game, save your progress and restore it across sessions and devices.
- To process purchases and deliver the virtual coins you bought.
- To operate rewards: your welcome bonus, hourly and daily coin drops, missions, events and VIP tiers.
- To run social features: friends, gifts and leaderboards.
- To answer support requests.
- To understand how the Game is played, fix bugs and decide what to build next.
- To show advertising, and to measure whether it worked.
- To detect cheating, fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you for any purpose outside running and improving the Game and its advertising.
7Who we disclose it to
We disclose the categories above to the following categories of recipient:
| Recipient category | Why |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and storage providers | To run the Game and store your progress |
| Analytics and crash-reporting providers | To measure use and fix faults |
| Advertising networks and mobile attribution providers | To serve and measure advertising |
| App stores and payment platforms | To validate purchases and handle refunds |
| Customer support tooling providers | To answer your messages |
| Professional advisers and authorities | Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims |
| An acquirer | If our business or its assets are sold or reorganized. We will say so before your information becomes subject to a different policy. |
Everyone in the first five rows works on our instructions, under contract, and may not use your information for their own purposes — except advertising partners, which is covered in the next section.
8Advertising, and what “sale” means here
The Game shows advertising. To make ads relevant and to measure whether they worked, we disclose identifiers — typically your advertising identifier, device identifier and IP address — to advertising and attribution partners.
We do not sell your information for money. Some US state laws still call this a “sale.”
Under California and several other state privacy laws, disclosing identifiers to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising counts as a “sale” or “share” even though no money changes hands and we receive no payment for your data.
So, stated plainly: we do “sell” and “share” identifiers in that legal sense, and you can tell us to stop. See Section 9.
We have never sold or shared the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18, and we do not knowingly have any.
9Your choices
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising
You can opt out in either of these ways, and both work everywhere, whichever state you are in:
- On your device. On Android: Settings › Google › Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization. On iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, where you can refuse tracking for the Game. This is the fastest and most reliable route, because it cuts the identifier off at the source.
- By email. Write to blanchehunt194@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. You do not need an account, and you do not need to prove who you are to make this particular request.
Opting out does not remove ads. It makes them less relevant.
Other choices
- Stop the collection of gameplay and device data entirely by deleting the Game from your device.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it — see Section 10.
10Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account at any time
Email blanchehunt194@gmail.com from the address on your account, or from any address if you tell us your in-game player ID, with the subject line “Delete My Account”.
We will confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you want us to delete only some of your data and keep the account, say so and tell us what.
What happens when you delete. Your progress, your coin balance and every virtual item you hold — including coins you paid for — are permanently lost. They cannot be restored, transferred or refunded. This is not reversible, so be sure before you ask.
What we keep, and why. After deletion we retain only: records of purchases, because tax and accounting law requires it; a minimal record that an account was closed for cheating, fraud or abuse, so the same actor cannot immediately return; and anything we are under a legal hold to preserve. Everything else is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
11State privacy rights
Most US states now have a comprehensive privacy law, and the rights they give are broadly similar. Rather than list which state you might be in, we extend the following rights to every player in the United States, regardless of where you live:
- Know. Ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we have disclosed it to.
- Access. Get a copy, in a portable format, of the information you gave us.
- Correct. Have inaccurate information fixed.
- Delete. Have your information deleted. See Section 10.
- Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. See Section 9.
- Appeal. If we refuse a request, ask us to reconsider. Reply to our refusal and a different person will review it and respond within 45 days with reasons.
- No retaliation. We will not deny you the Game, charge you a different price, give you fewer coins, or degrade your experience because you exercised any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email blanchehunt194@gmail.com and say what you want. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days if the request is complex, in which case we will tell you before the first 45 days are up.
For requests other than opting out, we need to be reasonably sure you are who you say you are, so we may ask you to write from the email address linked to your account or to confirm your in-game player ID and details only the account holder would know. We will not create an account, or ask for a government ID, just to verify a request.
An authorized agent may make a request for you. We will ask for written proof that you authorized them, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.
12Additional notice for California residents
Everything in Sections 4 through 11 applies to you, and the categories in Section 4 are the categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months. Section 5 lists the sources. Section 6 lists the business and commercial purposes. Section 7 lists the categories of third parties.
Sale and sharing. As explained in Section 8, we disclose identifiers to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as a sale and a share. Opt out via Section 9. We do not sell or share any other category.
Sensitive personal information. We do not collect it, so there is nothing to limit.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets residents ask what personal information a business disclosed to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
Metrics. We are a small operator and do not meet the thresholds that require publishing annual request metrics. If that changes, we will publish them here.
13How long we keep it
- Account and gameplay data: for as long as your account exists, and for 90 days after deletion, so that an account deleted in error can be restored and so we can detect repeat abuse.
- Purchase and tax records: 7 years, as accounting and tax rules require.
- Support correspondence: 2 years after the matter is closed.
- Inactive accounts: if you do not play for 3 years, we may delete the account and everything in it, including any coins. We will email you first if we have a working address for you.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be kept indefinitely.
14Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who on our side can reach player data. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as state law requires.
15Where your data is handled
Unitools Industrial Limited operates outside the United States, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information will therefore be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than the one you live in, where privacy laws may differ from those of your state. By using the Game, you understand that this is how it works. Wherever your information goes, this policy still governs how we treat it, and we require our providers by contract to protect it.
16Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the “last updated” date at the top. If a change materially affects you — for example, if we start collecting a new category of information or disclosing it for a new purpose — we will tell you in the Game or by email before it takes effect, and where the law requires your consent we will ask for it.
17Contact us

Write to us for anything in this policy: a question, a request, a complaint, or an appeal against a decision we made. We would rather hear from you directly than have you go to a regulator, but you are entitled to complain to your state attorney general, and nothing here stops you.
